     1305 S Wall St. : This is a 3 bedroom house with an attached 1 bedroom apartment, rented all as one unit. 2 kitchens, 2 1/2 bath, screen porch, full basement. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. Close to campus.

     This is a big house. Rent of $1380 is for up to 5 people. Most times a couple will stay in the apartment side and 3 others will stay in the house side. Entire unit is about 3500 square feet with the breezeway and screen porch. basement is another 2000 square feet or so.

     2511 S Illinois Ave.  Take Route 51 south from Carbondale. Go past SIU and watch for a stoplight where South Illinois Ave turns left and 51 goes straight. Town & Country is 3 tenths of a mile on the left side. Note: Route 51 is called Illinois Ave when in Carbondale. You will go past the SIU arena and through a stoplight for Pleasant Hill Rd and past a McDonalds before you get to the stop light for our section of South Illinois Ave. Town & Country is also on the Saluki bus route.

      We are in the process of rebuilding the park, so please excuse our lack of curb appeal in the front, it is on schedule for improvements next year. No other used homes will be placed in the park, any empty lots will only be getting new units similar in appearance to the new vinyl sided units in the park. All units here include trash service and lawn care.

    At  Town & Country we have a wide variety of modern manufactured homes.  These homes are custom built for energy efficiency. Our largest homes are 1200 square foot units with 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots of closet space and a large deck.  Floor plans

     1106 N Carico. Take 51 north from 13 in Carbondale. Turn left on Willow ( turn lane just past U-Haul parking lot ) and head west for two blocks. Turn right on Carico and head north, in two blocks you will dead end into the park.

     Carico Court is a 15 unit mobile home park. We have 500 square foot units that have one bedroom with built-in closet and dresser and an office with storage closet. The bedroom will hold a full sized bed. These unit run $245 per month.

      We also have 3 larger one bedroom homes that are great for couples.

     All units here include trash service and lawn care. The water bill is added to your rent statement and averages 6 to 8 dollars per month per person. The Saluki Express has a stop just outside the park.

     1305 S Wall St.  From Route 51 go east on Grand Avenue. The first stoplight past the SIU rec center is Wall St, turn right. Jackson Park is about 4 tenths of a mile on the left side. Look for the tan and maroon Compton Rentals sign.

     Jackson Park is a small 10 unit mobile home park that is walking distance to campus yet still in a quiet area. We have single occupancy units that vary in size and are priced from $250 to $325 per month. water, trash pickup and lawn care are included.

    1187 Mt Joy Rd :  3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house with a gas fireplace and a 24 by 36 foot garage. Outside of town with 2 acres of yard space and only 5 minutes from Kinkaid Marina. Take 127 north from Murphysboro. Turn left on Harrison Road (there is a road crossing sign for it). Keep going west on Harrison and it becomes Mt Joy Rd. You will go a total of 4.1 miles on Harrison/Mt Joy.

1199 Mt Joy Rd :   3 bedroom 2 full bath 2005 double wide on a foundation with a large deck and lots of yard space. Also has a 20 by 30 pole barn. Follow the same directions as above for 1187 Mt Joy. This home sits at the back of the lot.

Dream Marine Storage : Located at the corner of Rt 149 and Marina Rd, west of Murphysboro, IL. Just minutes from beautiful Kinkaid Lake. We have storage bays 9 by 30 feet and 10 by 36 feet. Outdoor storage is also available.
